Drive to Khugnu Tarna Nature Reserve, known as Elsen Tasarakhai, 49600hectars area, a habitat of some endangered species of hawks, gray wolves, red deer, etc. It is interesting to see the four different natural zones which are combined together at the same place. Upon arrival at the place you'll ride a Mongolian two humped camel through sand dunes and enjoy a wonderful view of the mini gobi oasis.

 Travel to Orkhon Valley National Park, which provide scenic views of green meadows, pine forest, streams and waterfall. The area is ideal for fishing, horseback riding, hiking and photography. Today, we’ll take an opportunity to visit yak herding nomads nearby Ulaan River.

 Start our horse trekking to the picturesque 8 lakes “Naiman Nuur”, located in Uvurkhangai province, in the Khangai Mount plateau, and it has typical landscapes of forested high mountains and plenty of streams. The park occupies an area of 11.500 hectares and taken under the state protection since 1992.

 Next day in the eight lakes NP, we’ll resume the horse trekking to the largest and most beautiful lake of the 8 lakes “Shireet Lake” to enjoy panoramic views of the magnificent lake and serene nature scenery.

 Continue our horse trekking back to Orkhon Waterfall, formed by volcanic eruption dated back to approx. 20.000 years ago and water falls from the height of 24m into a deep canyon. The waterfall flows for remarkable 1120 km to the north and flows in the historically significant Orkhon Valley, UNESCO World Heritage site.  

 Head to Kharkhorin village, an ancient capital of the Great Mongolian Empire, one of the most popular tourist destinations. Upon arrival in the village, we'll visit the earliest surviving monastery “Erdene Dzuu”, constructed with stones nearby ruins of the ancient Mongolian capital of Kharakhorum in 1586 by Abtai Sain King. The Monastic complex was also inscribed on the List of World Heritage in 2004 as a part of the Orkhon Valley Cultural Landscape. Before driving our accommodation, we’ll enjoy some exhibits and artifacts in Kharkhorum museum.

 Travel to Hustai National Park, where takhi wild horses were reintroduced from Netherland since 1992. When reaching the destination, have a brief introduction of the takhi horse and biodiversity of the Hustai National Park and continue the driving to the habitat of the last surviving subspecies of wild horse “Takhi” to explore.

Drive back to Ulaanbaatar city and transferred to accommodation.
