Itinerary

DAY 1. ARRIVAL IN ULAANBAATOR, MONGOLIA & CITY TOUR

Arrive in Ulaanbaatar city and meet with our team at Chinggis Khaan International Airport and transferred to your hotel. City tour is optional for the rest of the day at your leisure.

DAY 2. FLY TO DALANZADGAD CITY

Pick up from your hotel early in the morning and board a domestic flight to Dalanzadgad. Once we arrive at DZ Airport, we'll meet with our local driver and drive to Gobi gurvansaikhan national park. Please note that the flight schedule will only be released in March. In case if there is'nt available flight, we will travel by vehicle to Dalanzadgad city with a long drive at no additional cost.

DAY 3/4. DRIVE TO KHONGOR SAND DUNES / SOUTH GOBI /

Head out Khongor sand dunes, the most important sand mass of the Mongolian Southern Gobi. Upon arrival at the destination a camel herding nomad will provide us with a private shoot with camels. Following day we'll ride a camel to the sand dune with a local camel guide and taking photos of camels in the gobi desert with a sand dune in background will be a wonderful photo shooting experience in Mongolia. After an early dinner, drive to the highest part of the sand dune for a beautiful sunset photography and landscape image from the dune peak.

DAY 5. BACK TO DALANZADGAD VIA FLAMING CLIFFS

After breakfast, head to Bayanzag, known as Flaming Cliffs, where you will have the chance to take a photo of the 70 million years old ancient seabed from several panoramic spots.

DAY 6. FLY BACK TO ULAANBAATOR CITY

Fly back to Ulaanbaator city.

DAY 7. FLY TO ULGII TOWN & VISIT EAGLE HUNTERS

Catch a domestic flight from Ulaanbaator to Ulgii town. Estimated flying time is 3 hours. Upon arrival at Ulgii town, meet with our local driver and head to Sagsai village to visit eagle hunters who work closely with us.

DAY 8. PRIVATE PHOTO SHOOTING WITH EAGLE HUNTERS

On this day, the eagle hunters with beautiful outfits will provide us with a thrilling and private photo shoot at rocky dots with eagles

DAY 9. TRAVEL TO ALTAI TAVAN BOGD NATIONAL PARK / RANGER STATION /

Drive to Altai Tavan Bogd National Park. Once reach to the park's ranger station we will visit a Tuvan nomadic family and sort out our stuffs for 2 days horse trekking to Altai mountains and glaciars.

DAY 10. HORSE RIDING TO POTANIN GLACIAR

The day will start with a horse trek from the ranger station to Potanin Glaciar. Once we reach there you will have the chance to photograph of the Altai majestic five peaks.

DAY 11. BACK TO RANGER STATION

Continue the horse trek back to the ranger station with a scenic ride.

DAY 12. BACK TO ULGI TOWN

Drive back to Ulgii town and enjoy our dinner at Turkish restaurant.

DAY 13. FLY BACK TO ULAANBAATAR CITY & TSONJIN BOLDOG

Fly back to Ulaanbaatar city and depending on our arrival time in Ulaanbaatar a day trip to Chinggis Khaan's Equestrian Statue is available.
