Itinerary
DAY 1. TO UGII LAKE VIA KHAR BALGAS
Head to our first destination Ugii lake, a hapitat of rare waterfowls. On the way to the lake we will visit Khar Bukhiin Balgas, which is an ancient city ruin flourished between 917 to 1120's. Today we'll stay at a nomadic family in their traditional yurt.
DAY 2. TO ERDENE ZUU MONASTERY VIA KHUSHUU TSAIDAM
Continue our trip to Kharkhorin to explore Mongolian Buddhist artifacts and visit local museums. Along the way, we'll visit Khushuu Tsaidam, a sacred memorial complex dedicated to Bilge Khaan of Turkic Empire dated back to the 8th century.
DAY 3. RETURN TO ULAANBAATAR VIA TARNY SAND DUNES
Today we'll ride a Mongolian two-humped camel nearby Tarny Sand Dune around an hour, and afterwards, head back to Ulaanbaatar city.
